In short

This site has no user accounts, no newsletter, no audience measurement and no advertising. It sets no cookie that requires consent.

Data controllers

Data we process

Messages: if you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply and follow up (hosting the show, outreach, press).

Orders: payment takes place on Stripe’s secure page (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland), which collects your name, email, delivery address and payment details. This site never sees your card. Émilie Tarascou receives the information needed to ship your order and keeps it while the order is fulfilled, then for ten years for accounting obligations.

Server logs: like any website, the server records the IP address, requested page and time of each visit, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted after 14 days.

Storage in your browser

Cart: your cart is kept in your browser’s local storage; it is not sent anywhere before payment.

Language: if you choose a language with the FR / EN switch, a lang cookie remembers it for one year.

Both are strictly necessary for the service you request and are exempt from consent.

Third-party services

Fonts: they are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google.

Videos: the Vimeo player only loads if you click on a video; Vimeo may then set its own cookies.

Box offices: links on the tour page lead to the venues’ websites, which have their own policies.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to contact@lobservable.com (or emilietarascou@hotmail.fr for an order). You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: cnil.fr.
